(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced recently and not separately reported by Alliance News:
----------
ASA International Group PLC - Worthing, England-based international microfinance, providing loans to low-income entrepreneurs, predominantly women, in South Asia, South East Asia, West and East Africa - Chair Chris Low leaves the board with immediate effect. Law was serving as executive chair until the recent arrival of Rob Keijsers as chief executive officer. "With the new executive management team in place and the group performing well, now is the opportune time for me to step away, particularly as I am involved in a number of other business interests," Low says. Guy Dawson will step up to non-executive chair, having previously served as chair from 2021 until October last year.
----------
Crimson Tide PLC - Kent, England-based process management software developer - Hires Chris Fielding as non-executive chair, starting immediately. Fielding has worked in corporate finance at City brokers Zeus Capital, WH Ireland, Arden Partners, and Hoare Govett. Fielding replaces Barrie Whipp, who has been interim chair since April and now leaves the board. At the end of May, Crimson Tide reported results for the six months that ended December 31 and for all of 2024. Loss before tax is GBP1.0 million in the recent six months, widened from GBP217,000 a year before, as revenue declines 9.1% to GBP2.8 million from GBP3.1 million. For all of 2024, pretax loss is GBP1.2 million, widened from GBP688,000, as revenue declines 3.0% to GBP6.0 million from GBP6.2 million. Crimson Tide explains that the 9% decline in half-year revenue is due to the "conclusion of two Covid-era deals where the customers' requirements have changed".
----------
Iomart Group PLC - Glasgow, Scotland-based provider of secure cloud services - CEO Lucy Dimes leaves the company, replaced immediately by Chair Richard Last, who moves to executive chair while Iomart searches for the new CEO. Dimes joined Iomart as non-executive chair in 2022 before becoming CEO in 2023. Iomart says it will release its results for the financial year that ended March 31 in late June, and says there is no material change to trading since its last update in April.
----------
Sutton Harbour Group PLC - operator of Sutton Harbour Marina, King Point Marina and Plymouth Fisheries in Plymouth, England - Senior Independent Director Graham Miller will leave the board at the company's annual general meeting in September. Miller has been senior director since 2018 and previously served as board chair.
