22nd Dec 2021 15:24

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Morses Club PLC - Nottingham, England-based home-collected credit provider and online lender - Promotes Senior Independent Director Nigel Knowles to chair from March 1. Knowles is chief executive of London-listed legal firm DWF Group PLC. He replaces Stephen Karle, who steps down as chair on February 28 after seven years in post. Sheryl Lawrence, who joined the Morses Club board back in May, will take over as senior independent director. Meanwhile, Andy Thomson will retire as non-executive director on December 31. Thomson was chief financial officer before moving to non-executive director in 2019. He then served as interim CFO for seven months in 2020.

----------

Seraphine Group PLC - London-based maternity and nursing wear - Hires Lee Williams as CFO and executive director, starting in the first half of next year. Williams currently is CFO of fashion retailer French Connection Group and, prior to that, director of finance for online retailer ASOS PLC. French Connection was de-listed from London last month after being taken over. John Bailey will step down as finance director of Seraphine "to pursue other opportunities" after a transition to Williams.

----------

Titon Holdings PLC - Colchester, Essex-based manufacturer of ventilation systems and window & door hardware - Promotes Carolyn Isom to CFO and executive director, effective immediately. Isom has been finance director of Titon Hardware Ltd since December 2019. On Tuesday, Titon had issued annual results. In the financial year that ended September 30, pretax profit leapt to GBP1.1 million from just GBP18,000 in financial 2020.

----------

nanosynth group PLC - London-based digital monitoring and safeguarding systems manufacturer formerly known as Remote Monitored Systems - Confirms Gareth Cave will switch from non-executive director to executive director and chief scientific officer. The change was announced in September but was subject to contract. Cave in 2015 founded Pharm 2 Farm Ltd, which is now part of nanosynth.
