JD Sports Fashion PLC - Bury, Lancashire-based retailer of sports, fashion and outdoor brands - Heather Jackson steps down as non-executive director from Monday after serving for six years. Hires Mahbobeh Sabetnia as a new non-executive director. Sabetnia has worked on e-commerce expansion at Mars Inc, HSBC Holdings PLC, McDonalds Corp and Amazon.com Inc.

ScS Group PLC - Sunderland-based retailer of furniture and flooring - Announces that George Adams, a non-executive director, has died suddenly. Adams had joined the board in 2015.

Ormonde Mining PLC - County Meath, Ireland-based mineral explorer with projects in Spain - Brendan McMorrow, who joined the Ormonde Mining board in September as a non-executive director, is now appointed as chief executive officer, replacing Jonathan Henry, who had been two years in post. Notes McMorrow has 25 years experience as an executive and director of natural resources companies. He will help Ormonde find new opportunities in the sector. "The new board is acutely aware that shareholders have been waiting a long time for the company to deliver a return to shareholders and, more recently, to utilise its balance sheet and deliver a strategy creating meaningful shareholder value" comments Non-Executive Chair Brian Timmons. At the end of September, shareholders rejected the re-election of Tim Livesey as a board member and senior independent director.

Malvern International PLC - Milton Keynes, England-based learning and skills development - Promotes Head of Finance Daniel Fisher to board as chief financial officer, effective immediately. Fisher joined Malvern in January.

International Biotechnology Trust PLC - investment trust run by SV Health Managers LLP - Hires Patrick Maxwell as non-executive director, starting January 1. Maxwell is head of the School of Clinical Medicine at Cambridge University. He is on the board of Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust PLC.

IamFire PLC - intends to acquire assets or companies involved in the oil & gas and base & precious metals sector - Jeremy Ross resigns as director at annual general meeting on Tuesday, effective immediately.
