Inspired PLC - Isle of Man-based energy and sustainability advisor - Appoints Sangita Shah as interim non-executive chair, following the departure of Richard Logan at the company's annual general meeting on Friday. Shah has served on the board for four years, including as senior independent director and chair of the remuneration committee. A permanent chair will be appointed once the company exits its offer period under the takeover code. Dianne Walker, a non-executive director and audit committee chair, becomes senior independent director.

Cel AI PLC - London-based provider of beauty advice and product recommendations using artificial intelligence - Appoints Elliot Fielding as chief financial officer with immediate effect. Fielding is managing partner of Sampson Fielding Ltd and a former director of Flex Labs Inc. He replaces Nicholas Lyth, who has resigned as CFO. Non-executive director Matt Lodge also steps down from the board.

Technologies New Energy PLC - energy transition company focused on developing clean energy projects - Appoints Julio Perez as chief executive officer with immediate effect. Perez is a former director of TNE, having led its IPO and acquisition of Technologies New Energy SA. He was most recently with Codex Capital Partners and brings over 15 years of experience in renewable energy investment and project development. Jose Meneses, the outgoing CEO, becomes executive chair.

Safestay PLC - operates hostels in nations including the UK, Germany, Spain, Italy and Portugal - Appoints Carlos Salas Dual as chief financial officer, effective June 30. He replaces Paul Hingston, who resigns after three years in the role. Salas Dual is a chartered certified accountant and was most recently group financial controller at MH Bland Group.

Jadestone Energy PLC - production and development assets in Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam - Appoints Chief Executive Officer T Mitch Little to the board of directors with immediate effect. Little, aged 61, is a former executive at Marathon Oil and currently also serves as a director of Helix Energy Solutions Group Inc.

Anexo Group PLC - Liverpool, England-based integrated credit hire and legal services company - Appoints Rachael Wong as executive director with immediate effect. Wong is a practising barrister and currently a director at Bond Turner, Anexo's legal services arm. She specialises in credit hire, personal injury and group litigation, and leads training, advocacy and appeals across the firm.

Pharos Energy PLC - London-based energy company with assets in Vietnam and Egypt - Appoints Joao Saraiva e Silva as non-executive chair with immediate effect, succeeding John Martin. Saraiva e Silva is a partner at Pamplona Capital Management and has over 25 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. He also serves as a non-executive director at BlueNord ASA and previously held board roles at Flex LNG and Northern Ocean Ltd.

Angling Direct PLC - Norwich, England-based fishing tackle and equipment retailer - Co-founder Martyn Page will step down as non-executive director on January 31, 2026, and will take on the new ambassadorial role of founder president. Page has played a central role in the company's growth over the past 25 years. The board does not intend to appoint a replacement non-executive director.
