(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Thursday and Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC - Northwich, Cheshire-based veterinary products - Promotes Non-Executive Director Alison Platt to chair, starting January 1. Tony Rice, the current chair, will leave the board on December 31, having served five years. Additionally, Denise Goode will step down as non-executive director on November 30 due to "other commitments".

C4X Discovery Holdings PLC - Manchester-based developer of drug discovery engine - Chief Scientific Officer Craig Fox will leave company by March 31 next year to "pursue a new opportunity", having been six years in post. The search for a new chief scientific officer has begun.

Indivior PLC - North Chesterfield, Virginia-based treatments for opioid addiction - Lorna Parker will remain a non-executive director and not step down on December 31 as previously planned. Indivior is searching for an additional independent non-executive director, and Parker will remain until one is in place.

AJ Bell PLC - Manchester-based retail investment platform - Senior Independent Director Laura Carstensen will step down from the board at the annual general meeting in January, having served just under four years. Promotes Evelyn Bourke to senior independent director.

Oberon Investments Group PLC - London-based wealth management and corporate broking - Promotes Chief Operating Officer Simon Mathisen to a board director, effective immediately. Mathisen joined Oberon in March and was promoted to COO last month. In his career, he has worked at Bloomberg LP, London Stock Exchange Group PLC and Redmayne Bentley Stockbrokers, part of Redmayne Bentley LLP.
