(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Carr's Group PLC - Carlisle, England-based agriculture machinery distributor and engineering firm - Chief Executive Hugh Pelham leaves with immediate effect to "pursue other interests". Chair Peter Page becomes executive chair on an interim basis. Page thanks Pelham and adds: "Group performance remains in line with the improved guidance provided in our trading update" in July. At that time, Carr's said its annual performance would be moderately ahead of expectations. Pelham had only joined Carr's in January, replacing Tim Davies. He had been global president of Minova, part of Sydney-listed Orica Ltd.

Vistry Group PLC - Kent, England-based housebuilder - Says CEO Greg Fitzgerald has agreed to stay in post beyond the end of 2022, having previously only committed to stay until the end of that year. The company gives no reason for the decision. Vistry was formed in early 2020 after Bovis Homes Group PLC bought the Linden Homes and Partnerships & Regeneration units of construction firm Galliford Try PLC. Fitzgerald had been CEO of Bovis.

Kin & Carta PLC - London-based business consultancy - Hires Maria Gordian as non-executive director, starting November 1. Gordian is a leader in Bain & Co's diversity, equity & inclusion practice.

Airtel Africa PLC - London-based telecommunications and mobile money services in 14 countries in Africa - Hires Tsega Gebreyes as an independent non-executive director, starting immediately. Gebreyes is the founding partner of Satya Capital Ltd, a private investment firm specialising in Africa.
