Abrdn PLC - Edinburgh-based investment and asset manager - Appoints Hannah Grove as non-executive director with effect on September 1. At the same time, Melanie Gee will stand down with effect on October 31 following her recent appointment as chair of Grosevnor in UK and Ireland. Grove's most recent executive role was as chief marketing officer for Boston, Massachusetts-based financial services firm State Street Corp.

Derwent London PLC - property developer and landlord focused on central London - Appoints Sanjeev Sharma as non-executive director with effect on October 1. Sharma's current executive role is as chief property portfolio officer at real estate investment manager M&G Real Estate. In addition, Non-Executive Director Simon Fraser will retire on October 31 after nine years on the board.

Camellia PLC - Maidstone, Kent-headquartered agriculture and engineering services firm - Senior Independent Non-Executive Director Chris Relleen has died, after being part of the company's board for 15 years since 2006. "We are deeply saddened by his passing and the thoughts of everyone at Camellia are with Chris's family and friends. We extend our deepest sympathies to them," says Chair Malcolm Perkins
