888 Holdings PLC - Gibraltar-based betting and gaming operator - Hires Howard Mittman to be president of 888 US. Mittman will run 888's US operations, including its partnership for SI Sportsbook with Authentic Brands Group, the owner of the Sports Illustrated brand. He most recently was chief executive officer of Bleacher Report Inc, a sports news website, and previously was chief business officer of Vogue magazine publisher Conde Nast.

Resolute Mining Ltd - Perth-based gold miner in Africa - Promotes Chief Operating Officer Terry Holohan to CEO, as Stuart Gale departs "to pursue an opportunity in the Australia-focussed resources sector". Holohan has been COO since May of last year and has 40 years of mining experience, Resolute says, including 30 years in Africa.

Chill Brands Group PLC - Grand Junction, Colorado-based cannabidiol products - Promotes International Brand Director Callum Sommerton to CEO and board director. Sommerton is a legal professional with brand protection and regulatory experience who joined Chill Brands last year. Co-CEOs Antonio Russo and Trevor Taylor will move to chief commercial officer and chief operating officer, respectively, while remaining executive directors. Michael Sandore, the previous chief commercial officer, is leaving the company immediately. Shares in Chill Brands dropped by almost a third early last month after it said it will miss revenue targets, due to supply chain delays. The stock is up 17% on Tuesday, though remains down 68% so far in 2022.
