M&G PLC - Hires Massimo Tosato as a non-executive director effective immediately. The former executive vice chair of Schroders PLC also will become chair of M&G Group Ltd, the asset management subsidiary of M&G PLC.

Schroder Japan Growth Fund PLC - Richard Greer retired as a non-executive director effective Tuesday.

InterContinental Hotels Group PLC - Malina Ngai steps down as non-executive director from 2020 annual general meeting, after serving three years.

CentralNic Group PLC - Alex Siffrin to step down as chief operating officer and from board, amid a number of other senior management changes. Siffrin was founder of Key-Systems, which as later renamed KeyDrive was purchased by CentralNic in a reverse takeover in 2018.

BB Healthcare Trust PLC - Appoints Bellevue Asset Management (UK) Ltd as alternative investment fund manager. BB Healthcare previously had contracted for this with Mirabella Fund Services LLP, but Mirabella had delegated portfolio management to Bellevue AG, with Bellevue UK acting as investment advisor to Bellevue AG. Paul Major and Brett Darke will continue to lead the investment team at Bellevue UK, and BB Healthcare said its investment strategy is unchanged.
