Katoro Gold PLC - Katoro and partner Blyvoor hire Graham Briggs as manager of their recently announced joint venture. The partners are looking to exploit potentially viable deposits of gold and other minerals from six gold tailings dams owned by Blyvoor in South Africa. Briggs is the former chief executive officer of Harmony Gold Mining Co Ltd, serving in the role from 2008 to 2015.

Lamprell PLC - Nicholas Garrett resigns at non-executive director for personal reasons with immediate effect.

Actual Experience PLC - Chief Operating Officer Robin Young and Non-Executive Director Paul Spence to resign from board on February 28. Young, who joined the board in 2014 and then became COO, will take on a new COO position closer to his home in the Midlands later in the year. Paul, who is based in the US and joined the board in 2016, wants to reduce his travel commitments, Actual Experience said.

Yu Group PLC - Garry Pickering to leave board to focus on the executive role of director of Trading Services, effective immediately. Pickering also will "explore external development opportunities to expand the group's gas shipping services and other specialised energy trading related solutions", Yu Group said.

Victoria Oil & Gas PLC - Robert Collins hired as senior independent director, effective immediately. Collins is a chartered accountant and experienced in natural resources corporate finance, Victoria Oil said. He is a partner at Alternative Resource Capital LLP.
