(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of company director and manager changes announced on Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Impellam Group PLC - Tim Briant hired as chief financial officer of staffing company from Thursday. Briant was CFO of Airswift from 2017 to 2019, prior to which he was with Switzerland's Adecco Group AG for almost 10 years, ending as CFO of Adecco UK & Ireland.

Tex Holdings PLC - Christopher Parker agrees with board to resign as executive director and company secretary on August 31.

Modern Water PLC - Nigel Burton confirmed as non-executive director, while Gerard Brandon expected to be appointed as non-executive chair, as announced in January. Current chair, Piers Clark, as well as Mike Townsend, a non-executive director, resign from the board. Brandon is chief executive officer at AIM-listed health care company Integumen PLC. The changes come after Modern Water raised just under GBP2 million in a share placing.

Just Eat Takeaway.com NV - Johannes Reck resigns as supervisory board member immediately from Wednesday. Reck had joined the board at the time of Takeaway.com's purchase of the German Delivery Hero businesses in May last year.
