FBD Holdings PLC - Hires Paul D'Alton as interim chief executive officer from April 3, replacing Fiona Muldoon, who had back in October announced plans to step down in 2020. D'Alton has served at interim chief financial officer of FBD and also as CFO of Bank of Ireland.

Mears Group PLC - Jason Burt stands down as director immediately to take up new role in company focused on health & safety matters.

First Property Group PLC - George Digby to retire as finance director on July 1 but remain as executive director until September annual general meeting. Financial Controller Laura James to be interim finance director.

Tungsten Corp PLC - Hires Nicholas Wells as non-executive director with immediate effect. Wells is co-head of Corporate Finance at Cenkos Securities.

Trakm8 Holdings PLC - Sean Morris resigns as executive director "to take a short sabbatical to spend some quality time with his family".
