(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of company director and manager changes announced on Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Ceres Power Holdings PLC - Hires former Vodafone Group PLC executive Warren Finegold as an independent non-executive director from March 1. Finegold was an advisor to Vodafone as head of the Technology Team at UBS Investment Bank, Ceres noted, before moving to the telecommunications firm, where he served as group strategy & business development director.

Van Elle Holdings PLC - Chair Adrian Barden will step down from the board of the geotechnical engineering firm at the 2020 annual general meeting, or sooner if a replacement is found, having been chair since the company's listing in 2016. Senior Independent Non-Executive Director Robin Williams also will step down, at the end of July. Veteran executive and non-executive director Charles St John has been hired as a new non-executive director from February 24.

Land Securities Group PLC - Chris Bartram will retire as non-executive director on March 31, having served on the board for more than a decade.

Samuel Heath & Sons PLC - Managing Director David Pick will retire on December 31, replaced by Sales Director Martyn Whieldon, who will be deputy MD effective immediately. Whieldon has been with Samuel Heath since 1995.

Future PLC - Hires Meredith Amdur as independent non-executive director from Thursday. Amdur is chief executive officer of Rhetorik, a data supplier to technology vendors.

7digital Group PLC - Hires Helen Gilder as an independent non-executive director, joining the music-as-a-service platform's board immediately. Gilder was chief financial officer of ZOO Digital Group PLC from 2006 to 2018.
