LONDON (Alliance News) - ATTRAQT Group PLC on Tuesday announced the appointment of Luke McKeever as its new chief executive from May 21.
McKeever was previously chief executive of OB10 before it was acquired by London-listed Tungsten Corp in 2013 and also of AIM-listed Portrait Software PLC.
ATTRACT said McKeever is joining from Neighbourly.com, a software-as-a-service company which connects brands with local communities. He will remain with the firm as a non-executive director.
Following a "short" handover period, ATTRAQT's Interim Executive Chairman Nick Habgood will return to his former role of non-executive chairman.
Habgood said: "We are delighted that Luke is joining us to lead ATTRAQT through its next phase of development. After a very thorough process it was clear that Luke was the standout candidate to lead the enlarged group and having worked with members of the board previously, his skills both from a PLC and industry perspective are proven.
"With Luke's knowledge of the sector, transaction experience, relationships with retailers and proven expertise in growing software businesses, we are confident that he will drive forward the underlying operational effectiveness and performance of the business."
