LONDON (Alliance News) - Evraz PLC Monday said it will sell its heat and power station Tsentralnaya TETs to Russian Open Joint-Stock Company Optovaya Elektricheskaya Kompaniya for RUB 10,000 in cash.
The power station, which generates and sells electricity and heat to EVRAZ ZSMK and heat to the city of Novokuznetsk, is located in Novokuznetsk, in Russia's Kemerovo Region.

Evraz shares were up 1.7% at 141.5 pence Early Monday.
