LONDON (Alliance News) - EVR Holdings PLC said Tuesday it has completed the placing of 125.0 million new shares at a price of 16.0 pence per share, raising GBP20.0 million.
EVR also said that Anthony Matchett, executive chairman and chief executive officer, and Steven Hancock, chief operations officer, have each sold 15.6 million shares at the same price as the placing. Matchett now holds 168.5 million shares in the company, representing 13% of the enlarged share capital and Hancock now holds 130.9 million shares, 10% of the enlarged share capital.
The shares are expected to be admitted to AIM on May 3.
Shares in EVR closed flat Tuesday at 18.00 pence each.
