EVR Holdings Appoints Investec Bank As Nominated Advisor And Broker

LONDON (Alliance News) - Virtual reality firm EVR Holdings PLC said Monday it appointed Investec Bank PLC as its nominated advisor and corporate broker with immediate effect.

"In support of the continued extension of its international investor base, the company is pleased to appoint Investec Bank as its nominated adviser, financial adviser and corporate broker," EVR Chief Executive Officer Anthony Matchett said. "As our business continues to scale, I believe Investec's track record, reach and standing within the investment and advisory community will prove invaluable during this next phase of our corporate development."

In early February, Matchett was also appointed executive chairman.

In mid-February, EVR said subsidiary MelodyVR Ltd was well positioned for successful launch of its VR music platform in 2018. This was after it had signed deal with Universal Music Group in March 2017 and Microsoft Corp in June 2017 and Warner/Chappell Music in February.

Shares in EVR were 2.2% higher at 12.00 pence on Monday.
