LONDON (Alliance News) - European Metals Holdings Ltd on Thursday said it has hired a contractor to work on the next phase of testing on its lithium extraction method.
European Metals said it has hired Dorfner Anzaplan, a German testing and engineering services company, to conduct further testing on its lithium extraction method.
The work will be conducted at Dorfner's facilities in Hirschau in Germany.
European Metals also has terminated its heads of agreement with Lithium Australia NL for the use of the Li-Max extraction technology, saying it was unable to reach commercial acceptable terms.
European Metals shares were down 7.3% to 8.00 pence Thursday.
