(Alliance News) - Europa Metals Ltd said Tuesday it has started diamond drilling at its wholly-owned Toral lead-zinc-silver project in Spain.
The drilling campaign will initially focus on a target area to the west of the current indicated resource area within the existing inferred zone.
The campaign has the overall objective of increasing confidence levels in the resource, Europa said, which is within the central, proposed future mining area of Toral.
Shares in Europa, which is headquartered in Perth, Australia, were down 3.7% at 0.026 pence in London, while its Johannesburg shares were untraded on Tuesday, last quoted at ZAR0.01.
