(Alliance News) - Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC on Tuesday said that it will undertake a strategic review of its asset management business, as part of a strategy to move towards a sole business-to-business information services company.
London-listed shares in Euromoney were trading 0.6% lower at 1,396.30 pence each.
Euromoney did not provide any details of the review, but said it will provide further information in due course. The company's asset management businesses consists of BCA Research, Ned Davis Research and Institutional Investor.
In the year ended September 30, 2018, the company's asset management business recorded revenue of GBP150.9 million and adjusted operating profit of GBP61.1 million.
