LONDON (Alliance News) - Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC said on Thursday it has appointed Leslie Van de Walle as non-executive chair with effect on March 1.

"I look forward to working with Leslie and the rest of the board to continue developing Euromoney. I would like to thank David for his advice and guidance as chairman over the past 15 months and for his immense contribution to the company as a long-standing non-executive director and chair of the audit committee," said Chief Executive Officer Andrew Rashbass.
