LONDON (Alliance News) - PVC window and door components manufacturer Eurocell PLC on Tuesday said Chief Executive Patrick Bateman is to step down from his role at the end of June.
He will be replaced by Mark Kelly, currently the chief executive of Grafton Merchanting GB, the UK merchanting arm of FTSE 250-listed Grafton Group PLC.
Kelly is set to join the company on March 29 full-time and will formally take up the chief executive role when Bateman leaves on June 30.
Eurocell shares were untraded on Tuesday morning, having last traded at 187.50 pence.
