LONDON (Alliance News) - Fox Marble Holdings PLC said Friday that former managing director Etrur Albani now holds a 10.32% stake in the company.
Albani's previous holding in the stone processing company was not disclosed. He was managing director of the company until September 2016 when he stepped down in order to focus on the operational activities of the company.
Shares in Fox Marble were trading up 2.1% at 7.40 pence each.
