(Alliance News) - Ethernity Networks Ltd on Tuesday said it received initial production orders to supply processors to US broadband firm Tarana Wireless Inc.
Shares in Ethernity were up 6.8% to 32.05 pence in London.
Israel-based Ethernity, a telecommunications technology company, will deliver USD400,000 of processors to Tarana by the third quarter of this year.
Tarana signed a contract with Ethernity in 2017 to develop products using Ethernity's technology. Tarana successfully completed field trials last year and has started supplying its customers, Ethernity said.
"We are looking forward to supporting Tarana in their rapid commercial ramp," Ethernity Chief Executive David Levi said.
Rakesh Tiwara, Tarana's vice president of product management, said: "Our collaboration with the Ethernity team has certainly made a significant contribution to our end-to-end system design."
