LONDON (Alliance News) - Mobile financial services company eServGlobal Ltd said it has won a contract to supply its PayMobile software to an undisclosed service provider in West Africa, and reiterated its 2016 guidance.
The contract is valued at EUR1.6 million over two years, with around EUR1.1 million to be recognised in its current financial year.
eServGlobal continues to expect a small earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation surplus for its core business, with some revenue growth and a substantially lower cost base.
"This is further confirmation that a recovery in the sales engine of our company is now underway. The efforts undertaken across our business throughout the last 6 to 12 months are now coming to fruition," said Executive Chairman John Conoley in a statement.
Shares in eServGlobal were up 7.3% at 5.50 pence Wednesday afternoon.
