(Alliance News) - eServGlobal Ltd on Thursday said it has completed the sale of its core business for EUR2 million and its chief financial officer has now resigned.
The company, "a joint venture partner with Mastercard in the HomeSend global payment hub" has changed its name to Wameja Ltd from eServGlobal. The name change will take effect on July 30.
Chief Financial Officer Andrew Hayward has reigned from the board and the digital transactions technology company itself immediately as part of a cost reduction plan and the firm has outsourced its back office finance function.
Shares in eServGlobal were down 3.5% at 4.73 pence on Thursday afternoon.
