eServGlobal On Track To Break Even As Orders Exceed Forecast

LONDON (Alliance News) - eServGlobal Ltd said Thursday it is on track to reach the "breakeven target" for the current year after an receiving order above forecast.

For the six months ended June 30, the company said it received order for EUR7.7 million. Of these, only EUR1.2 million is recognised in the first half of the year expected at EUR3.6 million.

"The revenue for the first half combined with total orders already booked and expected to be recognised in the second half of the year come to EUR7.7 million," the company explained.

"This represents 67% of the targeted EUR11.5 million needed to break even at the operational earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation level, indicating that the turnaround of the core business is on track."

eServGlobal shares were trading 2.4% higher at 8.60 pence each.
