LONDON (Alliance News) - Postal industry software provider Escher Group Holdings PLC on Thursday said it has renewed its contract with Hungarian national postal service company Magyar Posta.
Escher provides maintenance and support service to the postal network under a deal initially signed in 1999.
It did not provide any financial details on the deal, nor for how long the contract has been renewed.
"I am delighted that Magyar Posta, one of our key European customers, has decided to extend its relationship with Escher. This contract extension represents a strong endorsement of our Riposte software and the benefits it provides," Escher Chief Executive Liam Church said.
Shares in Escher were up 3.8% to 205.00 pence on Thursday.
