Escape Hunt Chief Financial Officer Alistair Rae To Step Down

(Alliance News) - Escape room company Escape Hunt PLC said Wednesday Chief Financial Officer Alistair Rae stepped down effective immediately to take up another appointment at an unnamed company.

Graham Duncan, who has worked with the company for over 2 years, will be taking over as Interim CFO. Duncan, who is also a chartered accountant, has over 20 years experience with capital markets and was a director with Mazars LLP in London until 2013.

Rae has agreed to assist Duncan with a hand-over during the coming weeks.

"Alistair leaves behind a well-established and proficient finance team, which will support Graham in his interim role. Alistair leaves with the board's very best wishes and thanks for his contribution over the last two years. The search for a permanent replacement is underway. We look forward to updating shareholders in due course," said Chief Executive Richard Harpham.

The board has commenced the process to appoint a successor.

Shares in Escape Hunt were untraded on Wednesday in London, last quoted at 50.00 pence each.
