(Alliance News) - Escape room firm Escape Hunt PLC said Monday it has appointed Graham Bird as chief financial officer with effect from January 6.
He will be replacing Alistair Rae, who stepped down from his role at the end of July after two years since 2017.
Bird is currently managing director for Strategic Public Equity at Gresham House PLC, and has been for four years since the investment firm was founded in 2015.
Prior to that he was part of payment services provider PayPoint PLC for six years from 2009 to 2015, leaving as director of Strategic Planning & Corporate Development.
"I am delighted to welcome Graham to the board and I am confident that his combination of board, public market and operational experience will add significant value to the company. I look forward to working with him as we continue to implement our strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the business," said Chief Executive Officer Richard Harpham.
Shares in Escape Hunt - which is headquartered in London - were untraded on Monday, last quoted at 15.00 pence.
