LONDON (Alliance News) - Pharmaceutical services provider Ergomed PLC said on Monday it has appointed Roy Ovel as chief commercial officer with immediate effect.
In his new role, Ovel will be responsible for global sales and business development activities across the company's services.
Ovel's most recent executive role was as executive vice president of global business development at clinical research services provider TFS International AB for four years from 2014 to 2018.
Prior to that, he was executive vice president for Business Development at contract research organisation KCR SA for two years from 2012 to 2014.
"Roy brings a wealth of experience to Ergomed. He has a proven track record in building commercial success through an understanding of customer's needs and delivering growth. I am confident that operating across the Ergomed business he will make a significant contribution to the company through the services we provide our clients," said Executive Chair Miroslvav Reljanovic.
Shares in Ergomed were down 0.9% at 165.00 pence on Monday.
