LONDON (Alliance News) - Ergomed PLC on Tuesday said it appointed Richard Barfield as chief financial officer of the company with immediate effect.
Barfiels replaces current CFO Stuart Jackson, who leaves Ergomed to return to the energy sector.
Barfields has more than 25 years' experience at CFO level in the healthcare, technology and business services sectors, the company explained, both across US multinational companies and UK-listed businesses.
Most recently, he has been CFO at Chiltern International Ltd, from July 2013 to March 2018.
Shares in the services provider to the pharmaceutical sector were trading 0.3% higher at 239.74 pence each on Tuesday afternoon.
