(Alliance News) - Pharmaceutical services provider Ergomed PLC said Monday it has appointed Lewis Cameron as chief operating officer with effect on January 20 next year.
Cameron's most recent role was at Covance, the contract research organisation unit of Laboratory Corp Holdings of America, where he was head of Global Clinical Development for two years from 2017 to 2019.
Prior to that he was part of Chiltern International for three years from 2014 to 2017, leaving as executive vice president of Oncology.
"We are delighted to further strengthen our management team with Lewis's appointment. He will take on operational responsibility across our whole business and I have no doubt we will benefit from his considerable operational expertise, M&A experience and proven track record of growth across the pharmaceutical services sector as we deliver on our strategy," said Executive Chair Miroslav Reljanovic.
Shares in Ergomed - which is headquartered in Guildford - were up 1.3% at 383.00 pence on Monday in London.
