LONDON (Alliance News) - Equatorial Palm Oil PLC on Wednesday said it appointed Patrick Kee Chuan Peng as non-executive director with immediate effect.
Patrick Kee Chuan Peng replaces Teh Sar Moh Nee who retires from the company's board with immediate effect.
He joins the company as a representative of Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad, Equatorial Palm Oil's largest shareholders. Patrick Kee Chuan Peng joined Kuala Lumpur Kepong in 1982 and was promoted as group plantations director in 2017.
Equatorial Palm Oil shares were trading down 6.5% at 0.89 pence each on Wednesday around midday.
