LONDON (Alliance News) - EQTEC PLC on Wednesday said it is optimistic about its current position and expects to be able to execute its strategy by following three verticals.
EQTEC is involved in a number of strategic partnerships, which it believes have brought in new opportunities and give the company greater visibility and control over its pipeline.
The company, which sources and assists with development for waste elimination projects, will focus on three verticals. These include municipal solid waste and refuse derived fuel, industry specific energy recovery, and the recovery of clean energy from biomass.
"We feel very positive about the current position of EQTEC and its ability to execute its strategy. The board believes that working with a select group of strategic partners, with track record and success in their markets, will enable us to create and coordinate the ecosystem required to develop successful projects with proven counterparties. We continue to expand our pipeline and through this approach, to have a much greater influence on all aspects of such projects from design to operations," said EQTEC Chief Executive Ian Price.
Shares in EQTEC closed down 0.4% at 0.83 pence on Wednesday.
