LONDON (Alliance News) - EpiStem Holdings PLC said Monday that it had appointed for its Diagnostics division Allan Brown as chief operating office and Peter Foster as technical director.
Brown will take on the role February 1. He previously held positions at Tepnel Life Sciences PLC and QIAGEN N.V.
Foster previously held positions at Shield Diagnostics, which became Axis-Shield PLC and Euro-Diagnostics. Foster also worked as national manager overseeing science investments at the New Zealand Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.
Shares in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical services company were trading down 0.8% at 320.05 pence Monday morning.
