(Alliance News) - EPE Special Opportunities Ltd on Monday said it has appointed Langham Hall Fund Management (Jersey) Ltd as its administrator, replacing R&H Fund Services (Jersey) Ltd.
R&H has held the role of administrator at private equity investment firm for two years but has been immediately replaced by Langham Hall.
"The board of the company looks forward to working with Langham Hall, who have an established track record of working successfully with listed and private equity funds," said EPE Special Opportunities.
Shares in EPE Special Opportunities were untraded at 174.00 pence in London on Monday.
