LONDON (Alliance News) - Energy efficiency products company Entu (UK) PLC on Friday said it has sold off its Norwoord Interiors (UK) Ltd business to David Hole and Mark Blayney of GPS Capital for a nominal GBP1.
Entu said the loss-making kitchen retail business was accounted for as a discontinued operation in its interim results, having made an operating loss of GBP248,000 in the first half on revenue of GBP1.9 million.
The company said Norwood was non-core and had flagged talks on selling the business in its interim results.
Shares in Entu were up 1.0% to 62.1 pence on Friday.
