LONDON (Alliance News) - Energy efficiency products and services company Entu (UK) PLC on Thursday said its chief financial officer has stepped down and a replacement appointed.
Geoff Stevens has stepped down from the CFO role but will remain with the company as a non-executive director.
His departure is down to the company deciding it will make the CFO role full-time, having previously intended for this to be a part-time position.
As a result, Neill Skinner has been appointed CFO. He is the former finance chief at Clean Air Power PLC, the gas systems developer which de-listed from AIM last year.
In addition, the company has appointed Andrew Corliss, the managing director of Entu Energy Services, as its chief operating officer.
Entu shares were trading flat at 56.00 pence Thursday.
