LONDON (Alliance News) - Entu (UK) PLC on Monday said Corporate Development Director Darren Cornwall will step down from the board on Friday in order to work on a more flexible basis.
Cornwall will remain with the company and continue to play a role in exploring and developing acquisition opportunities, the energy efficient products provider said.
"We are delighted to retain Darren's extensive experience and expertise in pursuing corporate development opportunities for Entu. Darren played an important role in our IPO and as a board director since then, and we would like to thank him for his contributions. We welcome this more flexible basis as a good arrangement for the group and Darren," Chairman David Forbes said in a statement.
Shares in Entu were trading up 1.2% at 63.27 pence on Monday morning.
