LONDON (Alliance News) - Entertainment One Ltd Friday said it has prices its offering of GBP285.0 million in 6.875% senior secured notes due December 2022.
It will use the proceeds to repay its existing credit facilities, pay fees and expenses related to the notes and for general corporate purposes. The media company said it also expects to replace its existing credit facilities with a new five year GBP100 million revolving credit facility, maturing in 2020.
Shares in Entertainment One were down 0.9% at 209.36 pence Friday afternoon.
