LONDON (Alliance News) - Entertainment One Ltd Monday said it has appointed Allan Leighton as its new Chairman and as a non-executive Director.
Leighton replaces James Corsellis as Chairman. Corsellis remains a non-executive Director.
"Allan brings a wealth of public market and business experience and we feel will be uniquely positioned to represent the interest of all shareholders as well as support the senior management team in this next stage of the company's evolution," Corsellis said in a statement.
Linda Robinson has also been appointed as a non-executive Director.
Patrice Theroux is standing down from the board to focus on Entertainment One's global film business.
Entertainment One specialises in acquiring, producing and distributing film and television content.
Entertainment One shares were Monday quoted at 337.40 pence, down 0.03%.
