LONDON (Alliance News) - Oil and gas company EnQuest PLC on Tuesday said it has now taken up occupancy at its newly-constructed office in Aberdeen.
The company said it has also sold the new building to Rockspring Hanover (Aberdeen) Property Unit Trust for GBP45.1 million, while taking a 20-year lease on the office space in the new building.
The proceeds of the property sale will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said.
Shares in EnQuest were down 0.7% to 33.5 pence on Tuesday.
