Energiser Investments Holds 24.7% Stake In KCR Residential REIT (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - KCR Residential REIT PLC said Friday that Energiser Investments PLC held a 24.7% stake in the property firm after a transaction on Monday.

Energiser held 2.4 million shares in KCR after the transaction. Prior to the transaction, Energiser held no stake in KCR.

Shares in KCR were untraded 67.00 pence on Friday.
