LONDON (Alliance News) - Enegi Oil PLC said Wednesday that its joint venture with ABTechnology Ltd, ABT Oil and Gas Ltd, has signed deals with AGR Well Management Ltd and Frames Group to join its marginal field delivery consortium.
The consortium has been established to focus on the delivery of marginal field projects, and also consists of Konsberg Maritime AS, Apollo Offshore Engineering Ltd, and Braemar ACM Shipping.
AGR will provide design and delivery of well engineering and well project management, whilst Frames designs, delivers and constructs separation, treatment and control and monitoring systems, as well as total plant solutions and modules.
ABT Oil and Gas is in talks to add further specialists to the consortium.
Shares in Enegi Oil are trading up 1.7% at 0.864 pence Wednesday morning.
