LONDON (Alliance News) - Enegi Oil PLC Thursday said that its partner in joint-venture ABT Oil and Gas has entered into an agreement for buoyant offshore platforms.
The independent oil and gas company, operating in Canada, Ireland and the UK said that ABT Technology signed an exclusive agreement for GMC Limited to provide a self-installing, buoyant offshore platform to improve ABT Oil and Gas's operations in the UK North Sea.
The company said that the platform is scalable, re-deployable and can be unmanned, significantly reducing capital and operational costs.
Enegi Oil shares were down 1.4% to 8.01 pence Thursday.
