LONDON (Alliance News) - Independent oil and gas firm, Enegi Oil said Wednesday it had signed a joint development agreement with ABTechnology and Antrim Resources for the Fyne oil field in the UK North Sea.
Enegi, which holds assets in Newfoundland Canada, Ireland, the North Sea and Jordan, and ABTechnology's agreement with Antrim governs the UK Central North Sea License PO77, containing the Fyne oil field, further to the announcement made July 2 2013.
Atrim currently holds a 100% interest in and is operator of the licence.
No financial details regarding the deal were released.
Shares in Enegi were trading at 8 pence per share, down 1.5% Wednesday morning.
