LONDON (Alliance News) - Empiric Student Property said Thursday it has appointed Co-Founder Tim Attlee as chief executive officer with immediate effect.
Attlee has been the student accommodation owner and operator's chief investment officer since its initial public offering in June 2014. He was became acting CEO, alongside his chief investment officer role, in December 2017.
Empiric Student Property shares were trading down 0.9% at 94.66 pence each.
