(Alliance News) - Empiric Student Property PLC on Monday declared a 1.25 pence per share dividend for the three months ended December 31.
Of the dividend, which is payable March 20, 0.85p per share will be paid as a property income distribution from Empiric's "tax-exempt property rental business", while 0.40p per share will be an ordinary dividend.
In total, London-headquartered student housing firm Empiric's 2019 aggregate dividend target was 5.0 pence per share, flat from its 2018 target and below the 5.55p per share dividend paid in 2017.
Shares in Empiric were down 1.3% at 100.84p in London on Monday morning.
