LONDON (Alliance News) - EMIS Group PLC said Thursday that it had traded in line with management expectations in 2014, with revenue growth of around 30%.
The software and services provider for the healthcare industry said its EMIS Web product for general practitioners is now live in 4,261 practices, compared to 3,327 practices a year before.
The company said it had continued its momentum in Community, Child and Mental Health during year, and in the fourth quarter signed contracts in Glasgow and South Tyneside.
In its Community Pharmacy segment it maintained its market share, EMIS said, as it launched a suite of integrated products and developed its next generation pharmacy product ready to pilot later in 2015.
In Secondary and Specialist Care it won further contracts in Birmingham and Solihull. The company said that the later-than-expected securing of some contracts has delayed revenues into 2015, but it is encouraged by its strong order book and pipeline.
EMIS is scheduled to announce its full-year results March 19.
Shares in EMIS are trading up 0.3% at 836.50 pence Thursday morning.
